It gives a preview of trends in streetwear and encompasses its whole cultural and lifestyle aspect. Apart from introducing new products and portraying authentic and innovative brands, shops, influential artists and other people, streetwear today is linked to action sports, the sneaker phenomenon, toys but also technological innovations. From day one the magazine is known for its characteristic layout and its extraordinary print quality. In order to reach its international target audience, streetwear today is appearing in English.

“untitled” – documents of street culture
“untitled” started in 2002, when Streetwear Today, Lodown magazine, and premier European fashion trade show, Bread & Butter, joined forces to put everything on display that encompasses the creative and everyday expressions of skateboarding, graffiti, streetwear and BMX; including its multiple artistic outlets and music. That is, “untitled” is an umbrella term covering various exhibitions of streetart and other vital aspects of urban street culture. The “untitled” exhibitions serve as a window into these aforementioned cultures; shining light on their past, present and future.

An additional part of the “untitled” phenomena is its publishing side. Since “untitled No.2”, our exhibitions are accompanied by exclusive books, i.e. printed documents of street culture, which provide us an additional opportunity to show some fascinating work by creative artists from all over the globe.
Not confined to Bread & Butter, “untitled” made crowds gather to observe some fine art pieces at the Streetlab festival in Amsterdam, Holland, the infamous ZXZW festival in Tilburg, Holland, in Berlin, Bochum aka its birthplace, as well as in numerous Dutch, Spanish, French and German stores. And collaborated with luminaries like Eric Haze, Shepard Fairey (Obey), Sheone, Jeff Staple, KDU and Triumvir, Inocuo, Foreign Family, Zedz, Goodhood, Ryan Monihan, Florian Boehm, diverse Element Skateboards artists including Don Pendleton, as well as La Grande Dame of hiphop documentary, Martha Cooper, to name but a few.
